Since 1995, I have been helping seniors and adult children either sell the family home or create a safe space to age in place. With my trusted team of contractors, I manage all the details involved, including advising them on the best place for them, then selling the home for the best price possible; or evaluating their current space so they can age in place in a safe space. I manage estate, trust, and probate property sales. Absentee owners benefit from my project management and construction experience to prepare a home for rent or sale. I counsel active adults on selecting a home for their new “right-sized” lifestyle and help them make their dream a reality. Regardless of whether they decide to move or improve, I help them through the maze of decisions they need to make by relieving their stress and getting the job done. I am a Certified Senior Advisor® (CSA), Certified Aging in Place Specialist® (CAPS), and a real estate Associate Broker. I am the award-winning author of the book "Doing the Right Thing: Simple Solutions, Essential Tips, & Helpful Resources for Assisting Aging Loved Ones".
