Deborah Derrickson Kossmann is a clinical psychologist who lives outside Philadelphia. Her poetry, essays and feature articles have appeared in The New York Times, PSYCHE, Bellevue Literary Review, Nashville Review, Psychotherapy Networker and Solstice Literary Magazine. Her memoir, LOST FOUND KEPT won the 2023 Aurora Polaris Creative Nonfiction Award from Trio House Press and was published in January, 2025. Named one of Book Page's "Best Memoirs of 2025," LOST FOUND KEPT was read by the author and published as an audiobook in December, 2025.
