Derek Wilder is a CPA, PhD, and co-founder of Hallmark Homes, Inc., one of the Midwest's most established homebuilding companies. Based in Fishers, Indiana, he has spent more than thirty years building businesses and asking the questions most operators don't have time for: Why do good plans fail? Why do cultures resist change? And what does it actually take to build something that lasts? His books explore business complexity, organizational behavior, and what it means to build a life and a company with both freedom and intention — translating big ideas into tools real owners can use on Monday morning.
