Dionis Rodriguez transformed himself from an impoverished immigrant into a successful businessman. He is managing partner of Crimson Rock Capital, co-founder of Sojourner Glamping, and founder of The Crimson Connection. As a graduate of Cornell University and Harvard Business School, he is active with both institutions. He is founder and past President/Chairman of the Board of the HBS Real Estate Alumni Association, an active board member of several other clubs/programs and board chair of Teaching Matters. He firmly believes that anyone can manifest their idea of success if they decide to focus on their paradigms and proactively work on their goals. Striving to help people do just that, is what drove Rodriguez to write his first book: Shift Your Paradigm.
