Dominic Ashley-Timms is the founder and CEO of Notion, a performance improvement specialist that works directly with Leaders and Managers to bring about permanent changes in leadership and management style. As a graduate Ergonomist with an MBA from IMD, and after years spent in Change Management consulting, Dominic now applies his passion for human-centred design to learning and behavior change. Dominic’s career has given him deep insights into the levers of change that make the most difference, and his practical approach offers a pathway to rapid performance improvements. Having built Notion into a performance improvement powerhouse, the company has delivered large-scale change programmes with FTSE and Fortune 500 clients in sectors ranging from banking to chemical manufacturing, in the public and private sector and on 5 continents. He has helped clients improve commercial performance with programs that regularly generate many hundreds x ROI while delivering sustainable changes in culture. He’s the co-creator of the STAR® model and the multi-award-winning STAR® Manager programme and a best-selling author of ‘Creating Business Growth’.
