Dominik Trottier, born in the USA (1991, MA) and raised in Germany, speaks German, English and Spanish. After finishing his A-levels in Augsburg, he failed the long awaited selection process for the pilot training at Lufthansa and thus decided to walk the Way of Saint James. He then moved to Berlin and studied Digital Film Design. Following his graduation in 2016, he began to work as a visual effects compositor in London and has contributed since to the VFX of several feature film blockbusters. In late 2018, the debut author relocated to his dream home Vancouver in Canada where he continues to pursue his aspiring career in the visual effects industry.
