Dr. Heather Simone is the founder and CEO of the award-winning firm the Diamond Advantage LLC. She is uniquely qualified to lead transformative strategic leadership sessions within the Diamond Advantage organization due to her extensive corporate career with over fifteen years as a Fortune 100 Financial Services executive. Dr. Heather earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Rutgers University and her MBA with an interest in International Finance from Rider University. She holds over seven licenses within the financial services industry, including the Series 7. Most recently, Heather pursued her Doctor of Business Administration in Leadership from Capella University. Her research analyzed the impact of transformational leadership within diverse teams to identify attributes that optimize team performance. Dr. Heather is a highly sought panelist and international speaker. Most notably, she has spoken at the Money, Wealth and Business Conference in South Africa and lectured at both Rutgers and Rider Universities and numerous Fortune 100 conferences. Dr. Heather is an exemplary community leader with passion in working with women, millennials, and high-potential professionals. Through the LIFE 360 program she has developed strategies for young professionals to exceed in leadership, innovation, faith, and overall excellence. She has received numerous awards for her accomplishments and is also a board member of JC Community Health Center, advocating for women’s health issues. A first-generation American of Jamaica, West Indies descent and a mother of a US Army soldier, she currently resides in New Jersey with her husband and two sons.
