Hi, I'm a Clinical Psychologist working in Sheffield. I have lived, studied and worked in Sheffield my entire life. My work has been to support adults and young people who experience long-term health conditions. Throughout this work I am inspired by people and what they can achieve regardless of the difficulties they face. I have a passion for Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and want to use this to support people get unstuck from their difficulties in order to live a life that is consistent with what is important to them. I also want to spread psychological theory and knowledge to everyone. To people who might not always feel that psychology "is for them". We all deserve to be supported so it is important that people try to speak our language. Hopefully I can try to do that.
