Due Quach (pronounced “Zway Kwok”) is a graduate of Harvard College and the Wharton School of Business who built a successful international business career in management consulting and private equity investments before becoming a social entrepreneur. Having started life in poverty as a refugee from Vietnam who suffered severe trauma, Due created the Calm Clarity Program and wrote the Calm Clarity book to share the powerful neuroscience-based techniques she developed to heal PTSD, master her mind, and become her best self. Calm Clarity (calmclarity.org) is a social enterprise that integrates science and mindfulness to empower people of all backgrounds to overcome adversity and develop a mindset for growth, leadership, and resilience. Calm Clarity makes inclusive, mindful leadership training accessible to people of all backgrounds, including inner city teenagers, college students, workforce development programs, professionals, and corporate executives. Due is also the founding chair and executive director of the Collective Success Network (collectivesuccess.org), a new Philadelphia based nonprofit that supports low-income, first-generation (LIFG) college students to achieve their academic and career aspirations. Collective Success connects students with professional mentors, provides programming to prepare students to enter professional career paths, and collaborates with the wider business community to create innovative solutions to increase college success rates and build a socioeconomically diverse talent pipeline. Collective Success's innovative model involves having professional and student volunteers collaborate to build campus chapters and to design, develop and implement programming.
