Ed Beverly III is a retired Marine Corps Officer and Operational Excellence leader with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations solve the right problems—faster, with less stress, and with better results. His career began as a Six Sigma Black Belt at General Electric and later included roles across multiple industries, where he coached leaders and teams to move from firefighting to disciplined, repeatable problem-solving. Ed’s work focuses on practical improvement methods that actually hold up under real-world pressure—problem reframing, root cause analysis, PDCA thinking, and voice of the customer—because strong leadership isn’t about having the answer…it’s about understanding the problem first. He lives in Arizona with his wife, Jen. When he’s not writing or working with leaders, he’s golfing, mixing cocktails, spending time with his grandkids—and occasionally dabbling in sci-fi stories where bad decisions have consequences a little more immediate than a messy meeting.
