He is known for turning complex challenges into clear, playful strategies that inspire real transformation. Ed is a proud MIT graduate, cancer survivor, and dedicated father to two amazing children, Edward and Layla. When he’s not guiding crews to innovate, you’ll find him reading by the waterfront, hitting the gym, or happily explaining the plot twists of his latest favorite film to anyone who’ll listen. He lives and works mindfully in Seattle with his partner Kimmie.
