I am a lawyer with an expertise in the federal taxation of municipal bonds. Ed served as an attorney-advisor in the United States Treasury's Office of Tax Legislative Counsel during the Clinton Administration, where he worked on tax policy matters impacting US public infrastructure. He is a Fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel. The American College of Tax Counsel is a professional association of tax attorneys who are "recognized for their extraordinary accomplishments and professional achievements and for their dedication to improving the practice of tax law". Fellows must be nominated and membership is limited to a maximum of 700 attorneys in the US.
