Elena Greyrock writes workplace satire for the AI age: stories about work, ambition, and staying human while the machines learn everyone's jobs.

Her fiction lives where the org chart meets the absurd: performance reviews, personal brands, office politics, and all-hands meetings about the AI that will eliminate all-hands meetings. Her stories pair ensemble casts and sharp humor with a warm center, giving readers workplace comedy that is witty, human, and a little too recognizable.

She is the author of Six Feet Apart: Love in Quarantine, a quirky, satirical pandemic romance and the first book in The Luna James Series. The novel features original songs written by Arturo Augustus and performed as Stryker Caine, with music streaming on Spotify and YouTube.

Her flash fiction piece “Above It All” was a finalist in the New Millennium Writing Awards 60. Her essays on work culture, technology, and authenticity appear on Medium, including in ILLUMINATION.

She is currently at work on new fiction set inside the AI economy, where everyone is optimizing everything except their own lives.
