Elena Nugent was born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in a family of a High School teacher and a Geological Engineer. She moved to the United States in 1995 with a small son on her hands. She was professionally trained as a simultaneous interpreter (Russian-English-Russian). Before moving to U.S., she spent 15 years supporting presidents and prime ministers of the various nations as a linguist. After moving to U.S., she pursued a career in Business Development, Marketing and Advertising by working with Fortune 100 companies as a Strategic Communications Manager. Elena also owned and operated small businesses-a translation company and a beauty salon. Elena is currently the president and owner of Results-Oriented Coaching, Training & Mentoring, LLC. She works with small businesses by teaching them how to double or triple their current profits within 90 days. Her first book, "Instant Marketing Success, 10 New and Radical Strategies to Help Your Business Thrive," was written with small business owners in mind. It spells out fast, proven, and easy-to-implement strategies to out-perform, out-maneuver, and out-profit small business competition immediately. Elena's second book, "Business Coaching Breakthrough" outlines the proven, actionable strategies to help ANYONE launch, establish, and scale a highly successful business coaching practice. Elena has two Master's Degrees. She adores her family that includes husband Gerald, son Arseni, Mom Nina, and Annabelle, the Giant Schnauzer. When not working, Elena loves skiing, figure skating, playing tennis, swimming, and hiking.
