I wrote it because, like many of you, I needed a way to face it. Stories can hold truths that are too heavy to carry alone. They can remind us that even in chaos, there is imagination, song, and the possibility of healing. The times we are living in are frightening. My own life has felt like it’s unraveling in places. But finishing and releasing this book has reminded me that creation itself is an act of hope. If this story finds you, my wish is that it offers a moment of recognition or comfort—that you feel less alone inside the tangle of these days.
