I've been writing since I was a kid--short stories about my adventures. I tried to be as true to my experiences then as I do now. In college, I learned how to craft through dialogue. A certain amount of descriptive imagery is key to setting the scene, but dialogue brings us into the action and allows us to hear the words in our own vernacular. I believe that stories take us away from ourselves, only to find ourselves somehow weaved into the narrative. I am the author of the Pagodaville series--fun yarns about an unlikely group of people converging on the road to zany! I am currently working on a collection of short stories titled GEMS. The stories range from sci-fi to Americana, Covid, my kid-hood, and a bit of flash fiction. Look for the prequel to Letters to Corey due out this year, as well as the audio versions of both stories.
