In my other life, I make TV. I’ve worked on award winning television programmes including Educating Yorkshire, First Dates, and SAS: Who Dares Wins - as well as developing original programming for all the main broadcasters. This lifelong fixation with story and character is the thread that runs through my work, and ultimately led to the pursuit of a writing career. Quercus Books published my debut ‘My Best Friend’s Secret’ in 2021, ‘What She Left Behind’ follows in 2022. ‍ I live in London, with my husband and two small children.
