Eric Joseph serves as the Senior Pastor at Church Avenue Church of God in Brooklyn, New York. With 21 years of pastoral experience and 12 years in the field of mental health, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his work as an author. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the College of New Rochelle and a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Alliance Graduate School of Counseling. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Eric possesses comprehensive expertise in individual, couples, and multidimensional family therapy. His therapeutic services are dedicated to identifying and addressing individuals' mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual needs. He achieves this by seamlessly integrating theology and psychology in a manner that is Christ-centered, Bible-based, and guided by the Holy Spirit. He was born in Grenada called “The Isles of Spice”. He loved playing cricket and athletics. He is also a musician and dances while playing the rhythm or bass guitar at church services. Eric has been married to his awesome wife, Amy for over 27 spectacular years and together they enjoy watching comedies and doing house chores. They have two beautiful princesses, Jemille and Tiffany who enjoy playing basketball.
