Eric Minkwitz brings 24 years of expertise in the field of human performance, encompassing roles such as Sports Performance Trainer; Personal Trainer; Medical Device Sales; Operations Director; Professor; and Workplace Wellness Consultant. Eric has trained hundreds of clients to attain daily mobility, strength, balance, power, nutrient timing tips, while integrating healing foods, and mind-body awareness techniques. Eric also delivered return to sport testing and bridge strength programs to collegiate athletes at Sports Medicine Institute-Los Angeles. His clients include college and pro athletes, busy professionals, and sports teams. Eric's programs will enhance fitness, durability, and nutrition, and he works with clients both one-on-one and virtually. Eric wrote "The Forever an Athlete Program" to empower people to build a functionally strong; physically and mentally resilient; energized life. Eric played Professional Football in Germany after four all-star seasons at Williams College (MA). He has been published in Outside Magazine, Skiing Magazine, Exercise for Men, and Decision Resources, and regularly does strength work, skis, surfs, and hikes with his dog.
