Erica Palmer has been immersed in the surgery center world for over 15 years, working extensively with both centers and software companies, specializing in marketing and thought leadership. A classically trained Economist, Will has spent more than a decade using analytical tools and building models that turn raw data into insights. As someone who has experience operating businesses from entry to the executive level, Will focuses on developing a full picture of the business operations surrounding an analysis, so that the insights are always set within the current business context.
