I graduated from King's College London in 2011 with a BSc in Physiotherapy and have spent the past 15 years helping people move better, feel better, and live healthier lives. Along the way, I've completed postgraduate training in the psychology of pain, Pilates, yoga, and physiotherapy for incontinence, always driven by a passion for understanding what truly helps people thrive.

I've had the privilege of treating people from all walks of life—from children and older adults to famous actors, elite athletes and business leaders. I provided physiotherapy at the London Paralympics 2012 for countries who could not afford to bring their own medical team.

I've also appeared on television and contributed to newspapers and magazines, sharing evidence-based health and wellbeing advice and helping to separate fact from fiction by challenging common health myths.

While every person is different, my goal has always been the same: to provide practical, science-based advice that creates lasting improvements in health and wellbeing.

I believe the science of healthy living shouldn't be confusing or overwhelming. Through my books, I share clear, trustworthy guidance to help you make small, meaningful changes that can support a longer, healthier, and happier life.
