Foster holds a valid California general pest control operator's license. In addition to his expertise in pest control, Foster is known for his exceptional pest control sales achievements and his commitment to providing his customers with effective and efficient pest control solutions. These achievements include being the top commercial salesperson for ten years and breaking sales records yearly while working for a large family-owned pest control company in California. Foster was the first outside commercial salesperson to sell over $500,000 in Commercial Services in a year. After this milestone, he consistently sold over $500,000 in Commercial Services yearly for ten years straight, with one year hitting over $1,000,000 in commercial sales. As the co-owner of The Pest Posse, Foster has become known as the Head Wrangler because he keeps founder Culley in check and provides much of the day-to-day operations of The Pest Posse. Foster believes in providing excellent communication, pays attention to each tiny detail, and is great at accomplishing his goals.
