Garry Maher is a 58-year-old author from Birmingham; his parents, both Irish, came across to England after the war. Garry is one of seven children, and he was brought up in Weoley Castle and then moved to Erdington at the age of ten. He spent his early years dodging school with his elder brother. Together they roamed the streets, frequented the pubs, and spent their days dodging the wag man. His life became the palette for his writing. Garry lives in Romsey with his wife Julie. Garry M Maher is the Author of Buy Destiny A Rose.
