I married my college sweetheart, Ron. We met in Vermont where I received my nursing education. I did not spend my childhood writing stories, instead, I rode my bike with abandon, climbed trees to take pictures of bird nests, did cartwheels all the way home from school. I began to read the whole Nancy Drew collection as a teenager and then never stopped reading. Raising two wonderful children, I worked in various fields of nursing as an RN. My husband and I have lived in 25 places--so far! I love cats and dogs. I don't like to cook. I still ride my bike. I took a class in writing, after scribbling a few poems and reading a ton of books, in 2000. It wasn't until 2004 before I took the plunge--and found I loved, lived for, writing! MISSING EMILY was my debut novel. I have published the second novel in the Knoll Cottage series, SILENT GRACE, and a romantic suspense novel, A MARRIAGE TO DIE FOR. That novel will be followed by the upcoming romantic suspense--with a bit of humor--THE FRENCH REVELATION!
