Currently, he is the Chief Customer Officer at a fast-growing Internet of Things company responsible for creating raving fans of its products and service. The desire to write a book was inspired by the lack of content he thought was needed for employees to thrive. He has read dozens of exceptional books on self-improvement, office politics, managing up, and the like but none truly focused on being self-aware and an action plan to enhance their career.
