He is a former member of Microsoft’s Office 365 Product Group as a Site Reliability Engineer, Heath holds a full MBA and specialises in AI and sovereign security technologies across all blue light sectors. A 25 year Microsoft Certified Trainer and Office365 Expert Administrator, he brings deep domain knowledge and hands-on experience to every project. He is a Chartered IT Professional, Fellow of the British Computer Society, and an elected BCS Professional Council member. He has served as a reservist officer with Specialist Group Information Services (SGIS) since 2018. In 2021, he was awarded the RSI Silver Medal for his outstanding contribution to the Defence Digitals response during COVID-19.
