Raised by a working mother, Heather achieved executive leadership positions leading teams as she became a mother. Her 28 years of experience leading strategic initiatives, resolving operational challenges, and growing and leading teams at change management firms KPMG and Booz Allen refined her ability to deliver creative, high quality, cost-effective solutions that drive business growth. Heather’s experience as both a working mom in a dual income household and a leader with aggressive business goals provides her the perspectives of both caregiver and leader. As a keynote speaker, Heather presents the compelling ROI of a supportive work culture and how this translates into your competitive edge.
