Helen Astrid is an accidental entrepreneur and in demand around the world as an opera expert, presenter, coach and choir leader. She has transformed 1000s of individuals, businesses and organisations seeking change. She receives substantial press and media coverage with regular TV and radio broadcasts, including BBC World News, BBC Sunday Live, The Paul O’Grady Show and What the Butler Saw, Channel 4. She won a scholarship to the Royal Academy of Music in London, and performed at most of the major UK venues including English National Opera, Linbury Theatre Royal Opera House Covent Garden, Garsington Opera and she also appeared in Phantom of the Opera, winner of seven Olivier Awards. Helen is in demand as an inspirational speaker focusing on 16th-20th century opera and is opera consultant to the BBC and V&A. She lives in Twickenham in the UK.
