Henry August is a storyteller drawn to atmosphere, tension, and the quiet weight of a well-told story. A graduate of the University of Evansville (2019) with a degree in Creative Writing, he has spent over a decade building worlds shaped by history, character, and cinematic influence. His work moves across voices and styles, guided by a deep sense of place and a focus on immersive, character-driven narratives. Much of his writing is rooted in years of imagination and careful revision, with stories developed and refined long before publication. Working independently, Henry continues to shape and expand his body of work, driven by a lifelong passion for storytelling. His wife, Kayla, designs his covers and remains a constant source of inspiration. At home, he shares his world with a spirited corgi and two mischievous cats.
