Hayagreeva "Huggy" Rao is Atholl McBean Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resources, Graduate School of Business, Stanford University. He studies collective action, and is the author of Market Rebels: How Activists Make or Break Radical Innovations. His forthcoming book Bob Sutton is "Scaling Up Excellence" and seeks to make scaling into an organizational competence than a unique talent.
