Ima Ahorn loves Scotland and visited there many times. After spending a long holiday travelling up and down the coast, hiking the highlands and island-hopping in the Western Isles, she decided to share her love of the country and the people by writing a book set in Scotland. The Haunted Highlands cosy mystery series was born, taking you to some of Ima’s favourite places in the Scottish Highlands and Islands while entertaining you with mysterious deaths, Scottish myth and (almost) authentic characters.
