Inga Schneider, born 1978, has "hygge" in her blood. She knows Denmark very well, once studied culture and language there and shares a fondness for lactritze, cinnamon buns, the royal family and cycling. She has worked as a journalist in Schleswig-Holstein and Denmark for many years. When she is not sitting at her desk, she enjoys being at and on the sea, reading or meeting up with friends and/or enjoying family life. Since 2021, she has successfully published several feel-good and romance novels, such as "Annis kleines Café am Meer" and "Die kleine Bäckerei in der Old Wish Road", as well as the Cosy Crime series "Bonbons, Whiskey und ein Mord". "Northern Star",the first volume of the Rosenborg saga, a gripping trilogy about glamour, love, power and intrigue with a dreamlike setting in Copenhagen, was published in 2023.
