The first full novel, The Ashes of Oakhaven, arrives this December, expanding the war between the Keepers and the Void Keepers into something far larger and far bloodier.

Weld's stories are built around morally gray characters, sectors choked in soot, and a Synchron that never asks permission before it takes something from you. No clean heroes. No easy endings. Just the sound of iron against iron, and the choice every character eventually has to make: choose iron, or choose ash.
