I was born in Seville, in the south of Spain. A kid from working-class parents. Hard-working. Honest. They were not perfect, but they taught me what they believed was good and bad. In the end, it doesn't matter what they say, because like any child, you end up copying almost everything your parents do, consciously or not. Also what your friends do (who do the same thing with respect to their parents), the environment, what you see on television or what you hear around. I, like most people, assumed things that were backward. Some fixed, immutable ideas that were not. Some concepts about hard work and scarce money, which were not either. I could have told you many things several years ago, like some colleagues do when they get together and complain about the state of things in general. That typical conversation that you forget when you return to work or your routine. But humans are very materialistic, when someone speaks to you from the results, from the place where you want to arrive, what they tell you sticks to your mind like chewing gum. I don't know from where you read or hear me, but I think I can talk to you like this now.
