J Michael George was born in 1948. He is of the southern United States heritage. He grew up between the post W W II (baby boomer) and pre-Vietnam War era. Throughout his life he has witnessed the change in the fabric of America. His characters lived and loved during this tumultuous time. Pathways (Searching for Love) depicts the life of a young man growing up during this period. It is the first of a series of books delving into the emotions of its characters. Life and love will be presented in a way that will draw you into the story. You will identify yourself with the characters. The emotions they feel will elicit memories of your first loves and losses of loves. You will lose your innocence again as they lose theirs.
