Jake M. Johnson (Jacob) is a psychologist and naturopath. He has been studying human psychology for more than 20 years and believes that understanding the human brain and human behavior is key to living a happy and successful life. Since he was a young boy, Jake said he found interactions between humans quite fascinating and has said that his dad getting cancer played a huge role in his interest. His major influences include Eckhart Tolle, Dalai Lama, and Tony Robbins. Prior to his passion for the human brain, Jake Johnson suffered severe depression. He lost his wife in a car accident and this put him in a downward spiral. He found it difficult to find meaning and ever since recovering from depression, he is more than happy, raising his 2 beautiful children by himself, inspiring those around him. His passion is to help people live a fulfilling life, but he believes this starts with understanding their own self. “We can do anything in this world. We just have to believe and put our mind towards it.”
