He was mentored by Toyota leaders in the art of continuous improvement and has spent countless hours practicing mindfulness and meditation on retreats—sitting with Zen monks in Japan to deepen his understanding of presence and mastery. These experiences shape his distinctive approach, one that blends the precision of Kaizen with the depth of mindfulness to help people break through limitations and achieve sustainable success.

In 2020, he founded Headwaters to Change, a platform designed to help leaders, athletes, and organizations master their inner game and take their performance to the next level.
