My path has been shaped by challenges, triumphs, and a deep commitment to service, strategic thinking, and developing leaders. From becoming a teenage mother to serving in the military, guiding businesses through succession, and helping employees find ownership of their work, I’ve learned that true leadership is built through experience. It’s about showing up prepared, resilient, and grounded in purpose. My work as a consultant involves helping organizations turn vision into action, focusing on succession planning and nurturing leadership at all levels. I developed the Five Stages of Ownership framework to turn contributors into intentional leaders, believing this process sparks innovation, builds connections, and cultivates a thriving leadership culture. Alongside my consulting, I’ve had the honor of teaching future leaders through my work as a professor, supported by my PhD in Strategic Management. This mix of real-world experience and research guides my approach. Leadership is a shared journey, and I’m excited to walk this path with you.
