Jane Merrow is an actor, known on both sides of the Atlantic. Jane trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London and started her career in the London Theatre and appeared on television working in numerous productions at the BBC including, LORNA DOONE and ORWELL'S 1984. Jane also starred in THE PRISONER, SECRET AGENT, THE AVENGERS, the film THE SYSTEM (THE GIRL-GETTERS) opposite Oliver Reed and received a Golden Globe nomination for co-starring with Antony Hopkins in THE LION IN WINTER, which starred Peter O'Toole and Katharine Hepburn. Jane then moved to Los Angeles, with her American husband, whom she met while filming in Australia! Jane appeared in on stage with ZsaZsa and Eva Gabor and was guest star in numerous TV shows: MANNIX, MAGNUM PI, THE SIX MILLION DOLLAR MAN, THE INCREDIBLE HULK, THE MAGICIAN, BARNABY JONES, ALIAS SMITH AND JONES, etc. You can see her full list of credits on IMDB.com. In 1992 Jane returned to the UK to take over and run a successful family business MERROW LANGUAGE RECRUITMENT, whose most important Client was CERN (The European Research Agency for Nuclear Particle Physics). Jane says that one of her great thrills was seeing the Hadron Collider. Jane returned to the US after selling the business to be near her son Tom and his family. Jane continues to work, she will shortly be filming a horror picture in the UK: THE HAUNTING OF MARGAM CASTLE and has been producing and acting in her own films: NEW CHILLING TALES - THE ANTHOLOGY can be seen on Amazon Prime.
