His expertise spans facilities management, construction coordination, capital planning, preventative maintenance strategies, compliance, budgeting, and large-scale operational leadership.

Jay’s rise from line-level positions to executive leadership is the foundation of his published book, How I Became an Executive by Mistake, where he shares the unconventional path, resilience, mentorship, and personal growth that shaped his career.
