Jen Cadger is a marketing consultant and certified business coach who empowers service-based business owners to master their marketing while navigating work and life effectively. Jen’s a Chartered Marketer with over 20 years of professional experience. She specialises in marketing strategy, marketing planning and coaching to develop a tailored outcome for every client. After a 10-year corporate career in Financial Services, Jen bought and sold a franchise, moved into academia - teaching on the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) professional diploma courses and lecturing in marketing and business management for a number of further and higher education providers. Jen set up Belter Marketing in 2020 and has helped over 50 businesses since. She co-founded Edinburgh Marketing Collective in 2024. Jen is passionate about lifelong learning, encouraging women in business and youth entrepreneurship. 'From the Heart' is her first book and a special collaboration with several other business women. Jen lives in Edinburgh with her husband, two children and a dog.
