Jenifer Walsh was born and raised in Chicago, IL. She has a degree in Interior Design, is a writer, artist, and trauma informed somatic coach. She is informed in Compassionate Inquiry and Internal Family Systems. She owns her own coaching business, Courageous Awareness, working with clients in a trauma informed way. Jenifer has a passion for helping people and has been a mental health advocate for over 16 years. When she is not spending time with her kids, she loves to travel, create art, write, read, listen to music and enjoy time with friends. She enjoys different genres of books, everything from non-fiction to fantasy, memoirs and autobiography, philosophy to mystery and more.
