Jenn Farrer is a certified executive coach and running coach who helps leaders, managers, and coaches have better conversations—especially when growth, performance, or change is on the line. She is certified through the International Coaching Federation, the NeuroLeadership Institute, and the Road Runners Club of America. An award-winning researcher in the field of communication, collaboration, and influence, Jenn has worked with thousands of executives, athletes, and teams as a coach, trainer, and speaker on leadership, coaching skills, and personal performance. Her writing has been published in Forbes and Huffington Post. At 26, Jenn survived a life-threatening stroke. In its aftermath, she became aware of limiting beliefs about achievement and worthiness she could not have seen while she was in them. No one could have told her what needed to change—she had to discover it for herself. That experience shapes everything about how she coaches today. Jenn lives in New York with her family.
