Hi, I am a health and neuropsychologist, speaker, writer, and fierce mental health advocate! I am a proud endometriosis and chronic migraine surthriver. In searching for a way to move through chronic pain and the anxiety it elicited, I began to open up to the benefits of mindfulness meditation. My book "Quick Calm" is a culmination of what I've learned first-hand over the last 15-years to impact my own well-being. Included is a thorough understanding of what Mindfulness truly is, the (neuro)science of practice, and 30 expertly curated and unique practices that can be incorporated into every day life. I have extensive training in my field, but it is my personal experience that has truly embedded within me a passion for holistic wellness! In my spare time, I play guitar, sing, and write poetry.
