Jennifer Sherman Roberts is a debut novelist, fierce library advocate, occasional knitter, and aspiring mead maker who lives in Southern Oregon, where the mountains are tall, the lakes crystal clear, and the beer hoppy. Jennifer’s debut novel, The Village Healer’s Book of Cures, will be published in October of 2023 by Lake Union. It features 17th-century recipes, witches, alchemy, and a wicked-smart crow. Jennifer is also a facilitator for Oregon Humanities, leading community conversations on the topic “Conspiracy Theories: Truth, Facts, and Tinfoil Hats.”
