Jerry Connor is a passionate believer in disrupting thinking and has pioneered innovative and modern approaches in the field of coaching and leadership and is currently working with many global businesses to reinvent their approach to developing leaders.. Jerry was founder of Coach in a Box a global coaching business that turned coaching on its head by making it affordable for the many not the few. With its unique proposition it grew fast and is now one of the world’s top coaching businesses with coaches in over 55 countries. In 2017 Coach in a Box was acquired by BTS and Jerry is now the Global Head of Leadership for BTS. Jerry has an MA, an MBA and is a Chartered Fellow of the CiPD and has deep expertise in how to change mindset. He has published two books and numerous articles (including HBR in 2019), many of which are based on his work on coaching and on how to change mindset.. Jerry is a serial entrepreneur and is also founder of a global leadership and change business as well as two not for profit organizations. He was born in the UK but has lived in Australia for the past twelves years with his wife and three children.
