I’m Jess Soto, an international best-selling author, mother, grandmother, healer, and the voice behind Becoming HER. My journey began in survival mode — navigating trauma, heartbreak, abusive relationships, addiction, and deep self-abandonment while trying to raise my children and hold everything together.

Motherhood became my greatest mirror and my greatest awakening. My children, and later my grandson, inspired me to break generational cycles, heal the wounds I carried, and choose a different life rooted in presence, purpose, and authenticity.

Through spirituality, healing modalities, dance, meditation, and radical self-awareness, I began remembering who I truly was beneath the pain. Today, through my writing, speaking, healing work, and my podcast Jess Flow, I help women reconnect with their worth, reclaim their voice, and remember the light within themselves.
