Jessica Dennehy is a coach, writer, legal strategist, and speaker on a mission to empower entrepreneurs to shift their mindsets and overcome the inner hurdles that have been holding them back, not just in business but also in life. Her passion is to help other entrepreneurs reach out of their comfort zones to find their authentic self so they can start taking the risks necessary for success. As a 500-hour certified yoga instructor, her consulting approach intermingles life coaching with business and legal strategies, which is not only unique, but authentically reflects the way she lives her life. Jessica began her career as a Wall Street attorney, regulating the stock market. In a search for more autonomy, she left the investment world to become a full time entrepreneur and grow her brand of luxury barbershops.Through these experiences, she learned that being adaptive and having a positive daily narrative were the keys to success and opened the door for a life that was more fulfilling. In her own journey to overcome hardships, Jessica used yoga to connect to her physical self and take control of the anxieties and self-doubt that were holding her back from being her most authentic self. She recognized that these techniques were a superpower in the business world, and she’s found a way to incorporate them into her coaching style. Now she is fulfilling her true passion of helping other entrepreneurs overcome the obstacles blocking their path to success. Her expertise and vast experiences have landed her features in several media outlets, such as Legal Zoom, Authority Magazine, Thrive Global, and TickerNews. Your true passion is something you find when you are being your most authentic self. To be your authentic self, you need the confidence to step out of your comfort zone and take a risk. Awareness is the key to all of these steps. Jessica lives in Long Island, New York with her two daughters. When she isn’t kicking a$$ in the business world, you can find her traveling the world, snowboarding, walking on the beach, on adventures with her kids, practicing yoga or reading novels.
