Joel Hubbard is the Co-Founder of The Art of Growth, an Enneagram thought leader and certified coach advocating for personal growth and transformation. His work is guided by the belief that every individual possesses the power to overcome self-sabotaging habits and limitations. Several years ago while struggling with burnout from his role in the ministry, the Enneagram provided Joel with the tools to take control of his life, rekindle his passions, and find a renewed sense of purpose. Through The Art of Growth, Joel found his true calling in helping teams foster effective communication, collaboration, and positive work environments. Beyond his professional pursuits, Joel finds fun and inspiration on the racquetball court. Like most pursuits we resonate with, what began as a source of enjoyment evolved into a valuable teaching tool. Joel discovered that the same self-limiting patterns he faced in life mirrored those on the court. The lower stakes of the game provided a safe space to address these challenges. Joel's multifaceted approach to life – blending coaching, training, public speaking, content creation, and personal passions – encapsulates his dedication to empowering individuals to become the heroes of their own stories.
