John Gillespie has pastored churches in the UK and USA for forty years. He has also been privileged to travel to many Majority World countries training, loving, and encouraging pastors as Senior Staff with Global Training Network. John and Tessa have seven children and eighteen grandchildren. He currently serves as Senior Pastor at Westbrooke Church, Overland Park, Kansas. John and Tessa met in college at Bowling Green State University, where John came to Christ. John also holds a graduate degree from Southern Methodist University and a PhD in Theology from Trinity Seminary, Newburgh, Indiana. John and Tessa enjoy reading great books together, Christian history, hiking, golf, health and fitness, pastoring a mission-minded local church, and engaging in world missions. Their hearts' desire is to see Jesus magnified in our day, and generations established to live for the glory of God.
